Dữ liệu của bạn có thể nằm ở hai nơi. Bạn tự xóa được cả hai ngay trong ứng dụng.

1. Tài khoản và dữ liệu đồng bộ (chỉ có nếu bạn từng bật Đồng bộ dữ liệu)

  1. Mở ứng dụng, vào tab Mở rộng.
  2. Chọn Đồng bộ dữ liệu (đăng nhập lại nếu cần).
  3. Bấm Xóa tài khoản, rồi bấm Xóa tài khoản lần nữa để xác nhận.

Toàn bộ sự kiện đã đồng bộ lên máy chủ bị xóa vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức và tài khoản đăng nhập bị xóa — không thể hoàn tác. Sự kiện đang có trên máy bạn vẫn được giữ lại.

Lưu ý: tài khoản đăng nhập dùng chung với ứng dụng HabitWise của cùng nhà phát triển. Nếu bạn cũng dùng HabitWise với email này, dữ liệu của Lịch Vạn Niên vẫn bị xóa hết, nhưng tài khoản đăng nhập được giữ để không làm mất dữ liệu HabitWise của bạn; hãy xóa tài khoản trong HabitWise nếu muốn xóa hẳn.

2. Dữ liệu trên thiết bị

Xóa từng sự kiện trong ứng dụng, hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng để xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy đó. Nếu bạn từng Xuất sang lịch hệ thống, hãy xóa lịch "Lịch Vạn Niên" trong ứng dụng Lịch của máy. Tệp sao lưu bạn đã xuất nằm ở nơi bạn lưu; hãy tự xóa nếu không cần nữa.

Không vào được ứng dụng?

Nếu bạn đã gỡ ứng dụng hoặc mất máy và muốn xóa tài khoản cùng dữ liệu đồng bộ, gửi email tới ducdv.bk94@gmail.com từ chính địa chỉ email đã dùng để đăng nhập, với tiêu đề "Xóa tài khoản Lịch Vạn Niên". Yêu cầu sẽ được xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.

Your data can live in two places, and you can remove both yourself from inside the app.

1. Your account and synced data (only if you ever turned on Cloud sync)

  1. Open the app and go to the Mở rộng (More) tab.
  2. Tap Đồng bộ dữ liệu (Cloud sync) and sign in again if needed.
  3. Tap Xóa tài khoản (Delete account), then tap Xóa tài khoản again to confirm.

Every synced event is permanently deleted from our server right away and your login is deleted — this cannot be undone. Events already on your device are kept.

Note: the login is shared with HabitWise, another app by the same developer. If you also use HabitWise with this email, all Lich Van Nien data is still deleted, but the login is kept so your HabitWise data isn't lost; delete your account in HabitWise to remove it completely.

2. On-device data

Delete individual events in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all data from that device. If you used Xuất sang lịch hệ thống (Export to system calendar), delete the "Lịch Vạn Niên" calendar in your device's Calendar app. Backup files you exported live wherever you saved them; delete them yourself if no longer needed.

Can't open the app?

If you have uninstalled the app or lost your device and want your account and synced data deleted, email ducdv.bk94@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete Lich Van Nien account". Requests are handled within 30 days.
